Auburn Bay is located south of Highway 22X (Marquis of Lorne Trail) and east of Deerfoot Trail.

Take Deerfoot Trail south and exit east on Seton Boulevard S.E. (196th Avenue). Follow the signs to the showhomes at Auburn Bay.
